Current Offering

Oak Cliff Community Investment Fund (OCCIF), a subsidiary of RevitalRise, is negotiating a contract to purchase land in Southern Dallas to build a community where families can live and thrive. We’re inviting you to be a part of this project with us. We've created an investment opportunity for those interested in doing well by doing good.

We have a vision to build a mixed-use development with over 200 homes in a once neglected area that is now slated to be one of the fastest growing and most robust areas for new development. Our plan is to build a new grocery store, sit down restaurants, health clinic, green space, community center, boutique hotel, and 40,000 square feet of retail space that can be leased to local and regional business owners.

You can be a part of this vision by investing as little as $1,250.

FAQs

  • If I invest now, when can I expect my return?
You can expect your return 12 months after making an investment.
  • What will my investment be used for?
Your investment will make it possible for us to acquire and entitle the site for the real estate development. The funds will be used for pre-development costs such as civil engineering fees, legal fees, and marketing.
  • What are the primary risks associated with this investment?
Investing in real estate entails substantive risk. You should not invest unless you can sustain the risk of loss of capital, including the risk of total loss of capital. All investors should consider their individual factors in consultation with a professional advisor of their choosing when deciding if an investment is appropriate.
  • Is real estate safer than the stock market?
The stock market is typically more volatile than the real estate market, making real estate a safer investment on average and is often used as a hedge against inflation.
